How to Qualify for a Refund
To be eligible, follow these steps:

Before your first application, take a clear, well-lit photo of your skin. No filters or makeup — just your real starting point.
✔️ Step 2: Weekly Photo Check-ins
As you use the product, take at least one timestamped photo per week showing your skin (and ideally the product). These should show consistent lighting and angles over time. Weekly video clips showing product application are also accepted.
✔️ Step 3: Use as Directed
Follow the instructions provided with your product. Missing occasional days is okay — but visible effort and regular usage must be clear.
✔️ Step 4: Submit Within 90 Days
Once you’ve finished your supply, and if you're not satisfied with the results, email us your full set of photos and a brief summary of your experience.
