SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the fulfillment center from which the product originates.

Average transit times to the USA: 7-14 business days.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note that we cannot issue refunds or process cancellations 24 hours after your order has been placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours at support@agelesslab.co. Once an order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you provided incorrect shipping information, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details immediately. You can also email us at support@agelesslab.co with the updated address.

We can make address corrections within 24 hours. After 24 hours, if your order has shipped to the incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may incur import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees as determined by the receiving country.

These charges are not set or collected by Ageless lab, but are determined by your home country's regulations and collected by your local postal carrier.
All funds related to import duties are due upon receipt as per your local customs and postal requirements. Ageless lab is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees you may incur.

To comply with international regulations, packages are marked with the value paid by the customer. We do not mark packages as gifts.
